We are an independent agency overseeing Liberia's Medicine, Dentistry, and Alternative Medicine. Our goal is to ensure high-quality healthcare by implementing regulations and guidelines. We also aim to enhance communication between healthcare providers and the public.

Registration

The Council registers all Physicians, Surgeons, Dental Surgeons, and allied medical professionals practicing within the Republic of Liberia.

Licensure

We establish procedures and guidelines for the licensure of Physicians, Surgeons, Dental Surgeons, and allied medical professionals in Liberia.

Accreditation

We set procedures, guidelines, and standards for the accreditation of medical services and health training institutions.
